在云浮里，特产是用黄豆、黑豆等一些豆制品拉制而成的腐竹。在腐竹的制作过程里，拉制完后要把一条条软绵绵的腐竹晒成干巴巴的，一捏就碎腐竹在家乡里成为了每家每户的日常食品。用它做的一些名吃当然挂着个响当当的招牌："腐竹春卷"这是一种夹馅的小点心，在已经煮透的薄薄的腐竹皮上，裹着一层美味可口的馅料，吃起来饱润多汁。听妈妈说这春卷的馅料很容易做，是用马蹄，黄瓜，落卜丝和虾仁拌在一起用生粉和生抽掩制，再用蒜苗和花生油一齐倒入锅里炒熟，如再放点酱料，那春卷里就会吃香甜的汁。家乡的河口肠粉也是名不虚传的，在深圳那些卖肠粉的档口只为了做生意，在肠粉里加了许多味精。但家乡的肠粉与深圳的截然不同，家乡的肠粉不加味精，是用独特的酱油来拌着来吃，河口肠粉还带着一点芝麻的香味，那是人们自己烤制的，而且肉粒多，吃上一碟会让你齿唇留香家乡的特色小吃虽然做法简易，但是那一些在小县城的小秘方，繁华的大都市是不会知道的……
